Mamma Mia! What a great finale.

Thank you to everyone who joined our final Kettering class and to every student past & present over the last nine years and to Andy for sharing his amazing space with us.

Thank you all for the lovely presents, cards, love and best wishes that I’ve had for my send off.

I can say hand on heart I’ve absolutely loved every class I’ve taught with the most amazing people I’ve met over the years, the friendships made during the classes between us all will hopefully continue.

Good luck to Anna & Claire as they start their Yoga Trapeze teacher training, I know you will both be amazing ( obviously you have a fantastic mentor 🤣🤣 )

I will be back to see you all Hasta Mañana until then ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Replaying all the classics as we came to the end of an 8 year run of Yoga Trapeze in Kettering.
A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the Gravity Yoga Family and won’t be joining us for the final two Wednesday evening sessions.
I think of each and everyone of you as friends and can’t thank you enough for all your attendance and support over the years.
I will miss you all and hopefully will have a few pop up sessions when I’m back visiting in the future. ❤️❤️❤️
