🔥Second Match … Second Win🔥

The lads came out victorious against Glenvale Park in our second championship game of the season 👏🏻

After trailing 1-0 at HT.. the lads equalised through a neat Pacey finish, who then added to his tally to make it 2-1 about 6 minutes after his first 🔥

Darius found the net, after some quick skill saw him 1v1 again the keeper, great piece of individual play for the forward 👏🏻

Shaun was the last on the scoreboard for the golds after finding the bottom right corner after a glancing header ⚽️

Credit to Glenvale for grabbing a second to keep the game in the balance, however GLK took all 3 points on the day 💪🏻

Our pre-season ended last week and here is a round up of our results ⚽️

Some mixed results in there, against some good opposition and a few of the lads being away for the majority of pre-season, it could have definitely been worse 💪🏻

The boys would’ve hoped to have got some better results all round, however can’t fault a team when they’re better than you on the day.

The focus now shifts to next week where the boys will face league rivals Grendon Sapphires in the Nene Cup 🏆

The boys will be hoping to get back to winning ways 🔥

The lads are taking on McPave Reserves tomorrow, Sunday 2nd August at 12:30pm, in what will be our first game of pre-season 💪🏻

Last season we played McPave Reserves 3 times coming out with 2 wins, and most recently playing them in a 3-0 defeat in the David Ferguson Final. The lads will hope the start of our pre-season will end with a better score line 😅

The game is being played at Elizabeth Woodville School, The Willison Sports Centre, Stratford Road, Roade, NN7 2LP.

The lads are buzzing to be back in action after last weeks game was not able to go ahead, come on the Tigers 🐅
