There are 30 days in June, so how about aiming for 30 miles across the month? 🏃🏼‍♀️✨

You can make up the miles however you like:

🏅 Races
👯‍♀️ Club sessions

It works out at just over 1 mile per day on average, making it a challenge that feels achievable for lots of abilities while still giving you something to work towards 💪🏼🤍
