This woman is just an absolute legend!

I’ve spoken on Tina’s progress before but she deserved every bit of credit she gets cos come on, look at her!!! 😍

This woman has overcome breast cancer and mastectomy surgery, she’s a mum, she’s a grandmother, she works full time, she’s had injuries, bereavements, job changes.
She’s also had holidays, milestone birthdays, regular park run tourist weekends away, parties, celebrations and more, and she’s still managed this kind of epic progress!

Now some might say 2 years is a long time, but there’s a lot of life to live in 2 years and she’s done it while still remaining committed to her goals, she hasn’t had sacrifice fun and she’s still got where’s she has by accepting it takes time but you can enjoy the process!

The time if gonna pass anyway whether you lock in, or keep wishing you had, which is it gonna be for you??

Still think you’re too busy and don’t have time and I line coaching won’t work for you??

These 3 legends have seen some amazing results working online with me.

I love being a real coach for mums, because I am absolutely fu***ng sick of women being made to feel like they’re failing at looking after themselves.

🧖‍♀️We’re told to prioritise ourselves.

📈But also work.

👶🏼Parent.

🧹Keep the house vaguely inhabitable.

📆Remember everything.

🍻Be sociable.

🍲Cook nutritious meals.

🚶‍♀️Get 10k steps.

🏋️‍♀️Train 4 times.

😴Sleep 8 hours.

😖And obviously don’t get stressed because stress is bad for you!

Let’s not just another thing on your list making you feel like you’re not doing enough.

I want to help you work out what actually is enough, and get good at doing just that.

Enough training to get stronger.

Enough attention to your food to get results.

Enough flexibility that you can still have a life.

And enough support that one s**t week doesn’t turn into giving up completely.

That’s the kind of coaching I believe in.

What’s your gym peeve? Gym bros grunting louder than they do in the bedroom? Sweaty Debbies not wiping down the bench?? Or the wannabe gymfluencers hogging machines while they upload their latest aesthetic gym video?? 🤣

Throwback to last week when me and my tiny besty went on our last adventure of the summer .
24 hours in Cardiff for a train journey, swim, midnight feast, hotel breakfast and trip to the Lego shop.

It was the best time just the two of us, I’ll never not be grateful I’m able to do all these fun things with him, even if he’s gotten so bougie he asked for a rooftop pool and room service next time! 🤣🤣🤣
