We run a family martial arts school, covering Tae Kwon Do, Escrima, Jeet Kune Do, Kids kickboxing, Krav Maga, ladies only kickboxing and Mini Ninjas (4 to 6 year olds). They are suitable for all levels and abilities, and beginners are welcome on a weekly basis! We look forward to hearing from you

COMING UP: Next month, at 9:30am on Thursday 29th October, we have our annual Halloween nerf party! This is open to all kids from the ages of 7-14, including non-members! If your child is interested, why not ask if they want to bring a friend?

Yesterday, we finished off our grading week with an Escrima Black Belt Grading, with three brown belt students grading for their First Degrees. They were pushed hard, made to work, but they showed off what they could do. Black Belt gradings are always a challenge and it's a pleasure to watch people put everything they've got into them.

Please enjoy this short video showcasing the grading, and please get in contact if Escrima looks like something you'd be interested in learning. For anyone wishing to see the black belt presentation, it will take place on Wednesday evening at 7:45pm.
