It’s so easy in riding to compare yourself to others, overthink everything and focus on what you can’t do rather than how far you’ve come. But sometimes you need to strip it back. That little confidence boost, the transition that finally clicked, the jump you wouldn’t have attempted a few weeks ago or simply getting on and giving it a go. Progress isn’t always about the big achievements 🙌🏻💪🏻

We know how much of a huge benefit horses have to your mental health, and it’s not always about the riding. Sometimes it’s watching your favourite horse grazing in the field or spending time grooming and creating a bond that lasts a lifetime.

World Mental Health Day is an important one and we want to share how special horses are at helping us take care of ourselves.
