⭐️Today Sakai Karate Club 🥋was on the road to Thourntoun Nursing Home, where our students had the opportunity to demonstrate their karate skills for the residents, staff, and relatives⭐️

Karate is about more than just training—it teaches respect, confidence, discipline, and the importance of being positive members of our community. Opportunities like this help our students grow both on and off the mats.

We are incredibly proud of all our students. Their behaviour, attitude, and respect were outstanding, and they represented Sakai Karate Club with pride😊

A huge thank you to all the staff, residents, and families at Thourntoun Nursing Home for inviting us in and making us feel so welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
