In an ever so confusing world of health and fitness with too many people giving out miss information to pedal their own agenda (sell their s**t) the fitness industry has got to the point where people have absolutely no idea who to believe so in turn ending believing the person with the most followers, which in my experience only really means they are good at social media.

This isn’t a post about eating too much, we aregoing the other way. Fuelling properly, eating enough to get you through your workout.
