Been quietly working on this past 4 months
Completed my level 3 sports massage therapy đ€
Not been easy juggling work, 2 kids and doing this evenings
But got there
Hands were in bits some days đ€Ł
And my wife is like waguu beef getting massages
Needed practice as loads to learn
And even then still feel like it'll take time before I'm good
But looking forward to developing new skill
Soon be offering injury rehab and sports massage
Hopefully rope in my PT clients for more practice đ
Then offer discount until I'm happy the service is top notch is the plan
But next step is fitting out the garage
Aiming for September launch đ€

Getting stronger 40+ is so important.

Once youâre past 40, the game changes. Youâre not training for ego or aesthetics only anymore.
