Last but certainly not least a MASSIVE well done to Claire Mccurdie on being selected to play for the national team 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Massive good luck to all players participating during the day and night, especially to our gents singles and pairs.

Today seen our first Junior pairs tournament and what a day it was, despite the weather ⛈️

Todays winners from Galston/Colyton were Reece Sim & Christoher Connell 🏆
Runners up from Northwest were Lucy McLean & Sophie Anderson 🥈

So far we only have 10 entries for our open juniors pairs next Sunday looking to get a few more entries in to make the day a success or we may need to cancel.

Exciting news! We have our first open junior tournament on 7th June 2026! 10am start.

£10 entry per pair, both players must be under the age of 18.

Morning roll included then open kitchen afterwards.

Attention to all who is playing in the Ashley mclosky memorial balloted triples on Saturday, we ask all players to report to northwest at 9:30am where you will get your breakfast roll.

Another amazing turnout with over 70 players this year for a very special and great cause.

There will be an open kitchen all day, also a massive raffle with some star prizes throughout the day, music during the day and entertainment from Sean cunningham at night.

All members and guest welcome, so come on down and share stories and a great day with the family.

Tommorow is the first over 55 seniors tournament at Northwest bowling club.

All teams to report for 9:30am for morning roll, sections A and B on the green for 10am prompt.

To all bowlers round about please drop into the club tomorrow as we also have the the bowls road show, to purchase all clothes and equipment for the season ahead.
