Yesterday, Chanelle shared some of her favourite machines in the gym.
Today, we’re highlighting two machines that have developed almost cult status amongst serious lifters over the years.
The Cybex Gen 1 Leg Press and the Nautilus Nitro Incline Chest Press.
Every machine at Elite has been carefully selected, but these two stand out for a reason.
The Cybex GEN 1 Leg Press isn’t your typical leg press. Its unique linkage system creates a movement pattern that feels much closer to a squat while reducing spinal loading and maintaining a comfortable position through the range of motion. It’s one of the reasons many experienced lifters consider it one of the best leg machines ever made.
The Nautilus Nitro Incline Chest Press has earned a similar reputation. The converging pressing path and linkage system create consistent tension through the movement while closely replicating a natural incline pressing pattern. For many lifters, it’s one of the best upper chest machines ever produced.

The truth is, very few people have loads of spare time lying around.
Robert owns plus works full-time in his another business , delivers personal training sessions, spends time with family and friends, and still manages to train CONSISTENTLY every week.
Not because he has more hours in the day than anyone else, but because he makes it a priority.
His training isn’t complicated. Every week it’s a simple PUSH, PULL, LEGS split across three sessions. If he gets an extra day, he’ll spend some time working on weaker areas. If not, he moves on and gets back to work.
