Do you always need “track” calories?
If you hate it or love it… here’s what you wanna know ⬇️
if you’re new to tracking or going through a fat loss phase/ prep it’s important… because your holding yourself accountable and knowing your numbers- to ensure you change your body comp + weight every month
But long term the focus should be to behave in a way where you can enjoy your food and not rip the arse out of it… also not be so RESTRICTIVE
We often get caught on MANY CALS ARE IN THAT after a binge episode or smashing the takeaways in at the weekend or a few jars 🍻
set your calories realistic so you can lose successfully and sustainably… low cals- low mood= binge
Food is fuel use it
Don’t get caught up on everything
Focus on the long term
