Just a reminder that club seminar this Saturday hope to see you's all there coarse starts 10 but be there for about half 9 and finished around 4

Budo Martial Arts Academy teaches martial arts and self defence also has a kickboxercise classes running.

We train in Aikido , Kick boxing , Jui Jitsu

classes run every Tuesday and Thursday

Kids Class : 6pm - 7pm
Adults Class : 7pm - 9pm
Located inside Saint Joseph's Academy, Kilmarnock,

hope to see everyone back at training tonight

The essence of warrior traits are demonstrated by : integrity with self, and honesty with others

First class back is Thursday the 7th of January look forward to seeing you all again after the Xmas break.
