I’ve put together a short guide on how I approach strength training for beginners and how I set things up from the start.
It covers the basics that actually matter, how to structure your training week, and how to build things up over time without overcomplicating it.
This is the same approach I use when I’m coaching someone who’s either new to the gym or just wants a bit more direction with their training.
It’s not about doing loads.
It’s about doing the right things consistently and actually progressing.

Motivation isn't what gets you results inside the gym, Structure does.. motivation will come and go, some days you'll be ready to go & others you will feel like you don't want to train at all.

Most people say to me they want to "tone up" but really what they mean is body recomposition.
Body recomposition simply means losing fat while building muscle and despite what you've probably seen online yes both can be done at the same time
The biggest mistake begginers do when starting the gym is simply trying to do too much.
