🩷🖤 A little ETF booking reminder

A post we have been putting off but one thats needed to safeguard ETF as a business.

We completely understand that children get poorly and unexpected things come up, and we’ll always be as understanding as we can.

While we absolutely love what we do, ETF is still a business and late cancellations mean coaches time has already been booked and spaces often can’t be filled at such short notice.

For 1-1 sessions, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will still require payment unless we’re able to fill the space. If a missed session remains unpaid, unfortunately we won’t be able to hold your child’s regular slot going forward.

Our group sessions are booked as full 6 week blocks. We’re happy to accommodate holidays where agreed beforehand, but sessions missed due to games or other commitments are still included within the block.

We’ve always tried to be as flexible as possible and will continue to be - we just need to make sure we’re fair and consistent with everyone. 🩷🖤⚽️

Our brand new 2020s team in action last night 🩷🖤⚽️

Thrown straight in at the deep end for their first ever game against a very talented Celtic 2019/2020 Pre Academy squad 💪🏻

With only three training sessions together, the boys gave us plenty to be proud of. Lots of positives to build on and plenty for us to keep developing as a team.

Gavin and Xander couldn’t be prouder of the boys, and we’re excited to watch this wee team grow 📈
