Our Under 13’s Golds, who were league champions last season, kick off their 2026/27 campaign with a friendly on Sunday. Why not pop along to West Lynn Sports & Social Club to watch the kids in action and treat yourself to some post match food and drink as well.

It’s the end of an era for our under 12’s Golds as Alan Burch is stepping down as a coach. He has been with these kids since they were under 7’s and leaves them as league champions heading into the 2026/27 season 🤩

A huge thank you to him for all of his hard work over the years. Your time and effort has been greatly appreciated 🙏

Well done everyone on both teams and thanks to those that helped out when teams were short on numbers due to illness 🙏

Congratulations to Freddie from our Under 12’s Golds who has belatedly been presented with his Parents Player of the Season award 🏆👏

A trophy mix up meant that he didn’t get to receive it at our presentation, so his coaches did the honours at training instead.

Many of you will know that one of our Under 12’s Golds coaches, Matt Lyne, has been quite poorly recently. We are absolutely delighted that he is back home, where he will continue his journey back to good health.

Not only is he a coach, he is a club committee member who puts a lot of time and effort into the running of the club. His wife Samantha Lyne is also our treasurer who also makes a fantastic contribution to the club. We have all been thinking of you and are so happy and relieved that you are home with the family 🥰

Well done to what will be our under 9’s Golds and Blacks from September, as they took part in the Clenchwarton football tournament yesterday.

Well done to everyone, on another very warm day with lots of matches in one large group.
