We currently have a large amount of lost property, including clothing, shoes, and water bottles. Many of these items have been unclaimed for several weeks, and some have been here for several months. All lost property can be found at the end of Reception. Please check for and collect any belongings as soon as possible. Any items that have not been collected by 26/07 will be disposed of or donated. Thank you for your cooperation.

Since you’ve all liked the new signs we put up over the weekend, the result? Some of you seem to be leaving weights directly in front of the signs. At this point, we’re starting to think it’s deliberate.
So what’s next? Bring back the Wall of Shame with CCTV screenshots? Or introduce a £1 fine for every kilo left out? Leave a pair of 40kg dumbbells lying around and that’s an £80 lesson in gym etiquette.

Seriously though, it only takes a few seconds to re-rack your weights. Let’s do better.
