Three and a half years ago I was on the verge of opening a small gym when, out of the blue I found out that RAW was going to close! When I heard how upset the existing members were at the news, I knew I had to pivot and take the chance and RFS as we now know it was born! The 3 people pictured here with me will always have my deepest gratitude! Sam (2nd right) gave me the chance to be a PT and then the chance to take RAW forwards. Steff came back when I needed it most and helped us grow and Paul has been an absolute gem who has given me so much support. As we find ourselves at another NYE, we all reflect and look forward. Thank you to everyone who has supported RFS and I look forward to working with you all in 2026! It really is a pleasure! 🥂

Not just a slogan! It’s the heart of what I want my business and our community to be built on! No gym bro’s here, no rack hoggers either! Whether it’s a place in our 5 space semi-PT or 1-1 or 2-1 PT that you want, we have you covered with your own bespoke programme written for your own needs. No one size fits all approach here. As we come to the end of another year,I would like to thank everyone who has supported RAW Fitness Studio over the last 3 and a half years. It’s you, the RFS members who make our little gym a wonderful asset to the community. You make every session a joy for Paul and I and we are grateful to you all for helping the business thrive. Stuart had to deal with the little mischief maker throughout his session today! As you can see in the 2nd pic, a little reprimand was required for all the recent antics in and around the gym! “Have a word with yours-elf” was the message!!! 🙈

Community is at the heart of everything we do at RAW Fitness Studio and at this time of year we like to give something back by holding our annual Christmas party. A few nibbles, a few drinks, great company, maybe a game or two while we enjoy a Christmas playlist. We train hard all year but today we celebrate and enjoy everything that makes us Stronger Together! 🥂 🍾 🎅🏻 🎄
