King's Lynn Boxercise

Boxercise King's Lynn Boxercise is a non-contact activity great for enhancing personal fitness. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and costs just £5.

Whether you want to lose weight or tone up, Boxercise is perfect for you! Our Boxercise classes are open to both Men and Women and we have many couples attending as a great way to get fit together. Our classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Footlights Performing Arts Centre on the North Lynn Industrial Estate. Session times are as follows:

Monday 6PM to 7PM
Wednesday 6PM to 7PM
Wednesday 7PM to 8PM
Friday 6PM to 7PM
