My apologies for the lack of a session today.
This was due to poor planning on my part and the failure of the website to put it online

I’m changing the schedule due to my work rotation. I’m hoping that this will be acceptable it’s either every other Thursday and Saturday.(if you’d prefer Sunday afternoon let me know).

This is an amazing activity now recognised as being the perfect exercise and is being recommended by more and more medical professionals. It is suitable for couch potatoes through to elite Olympic athletes.
We are now becoming more aware of how important the great out doors is to us so why not get a full body workout in the glorious woodlands at Sandringham. It is also great for our mental wellbeing as well as having a social aspect to it.
The course has been carefully designed to give you the best start in Nordic walking and consists of one 1hr 30 minute session. This beginners course costs £15.00 and I supply all the poles

The good news is that I shall be returning to running the Saturday sessions on the 23rd, at 10am. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.

My surgery has been delayed by one week so I will be able to run sessions until 23rd June.

To all members old and new, classes from the 16th of June are all cancelled until further notice due to a surgical procedure on my left shoulder. I will be back ASAP.

Strong winds and rain are forecast for Saturday. Be aware if the wind is too strong we may have to cancel due to the risk of low flying trees and branches

Nordic walking is returning to its normal morning times on Saturday. I failed my assessment at work! I’m not cut out to be a shovel driver. It can be scary

Well as it was cooler today at only 34 degrees C we had our first Nordic walk on Nyali beach. My friend is an absolute natural and as a fitness fan she was immediately impressed by how effective this form of exercise is.

Well on 5th march I will be going on a well deserved holiday. So next Saturday will be the last session until the first weekend in April. I also start a new job on the 2nd of April which will affect the classes. You will see the changes on the website soon
