We were very excited to see this fetching Chevrolet t shirt in your store.

Naturally, we asked the store assistant where we could find the Rover equivalent.

Sadly, the look of bewilderment on the shop assistant's face made it clear that she was too young to know what a Rover is.

"Are you looking for a t shirt with a dog on it, sir?"

We believe there is a gap in the market for Rover V8 themed clothing 👌

We're looking forward to racing in front of the holiday crowd at Skegness, a venue we always enjoy visiting, on Thursday but it's no secret that shale is the natural habitat of the Flying Meerkat and we can't wait for Saturday's meeting at Northampton!

TEAM MEERKAT RACING HOSPITALITY.

While the Formula 1 Grand Prix cars were at Silverstone enjoying their state of the art hospitality areas, we were doing the same at Taunton.

We're considering offering this as a race day experience but we need YOUR input.

How much would you be prepared to pay for the following hospitality package?

- Exclusive use of the Team Meerkat gazebo (Temu's finest gazebo. You need to help us put it up as we've lost the instructions)
- Access to the team fridge on board the coach (bring your own drinks, we don't like to share our Capri Suns)
- Use of the on board toilet (only if you're desperate - no number twos please, we have to empty it)
- Use of our shale covered camping chairs
- Access to the kettle (takes about 10 minutes to boil and the deal is if you boil it you make everyone a brew. We don't usually have milk because Guy forgets to buy it)
