Stars racer Paco Castagna faces a period on the sidelines as he looks to fully recover from a hand injury.

Castagna has been riding through the pain barrier since a crash back in April and has now been diagnosed with thumb ligament damage.

The Italian star will undergo treatment in a bid to return as quickly as possible.

Our away match at Northampton on Thursday (June 4) has been postponed.

The trip to Brafield is the latest PSH Environmental Stars fixture to fall victim to the weather, with rain during the week along with a poor forecast for raceday causing an early decision.

📆 A provisional re-staging date has been agreed for Monday July 27.

Due to the ongoing rain today and the forecast of further wet weather tomorrow, the decision has been made to postpone tomorrow's meeting.

The meeting has been rearranged for Monday 27th July.
