I hate the Olympics

I can see that this page is still attracting interest and I am jolly jolly pleased, lest we forget the inordinate monetary extravagance which our esteemed Govt still have not give me a the final price tag for despite 6 freedom of information requests!!! Who has heard what about how much it all cost?????

No more pain, no more sorrow, the enormous cost we cannot afford , the Lympics ends tomorrow...

I now it will sound a bit 'bar humbug' when the intention of our government is unity in the celebration of the Olympics being in London, and I agree that any reason to be able to dare to have a union jack on display is a good one, but the cost and disruption far outweighs the positives. A recent Sky News investigation reckons it will top £ 24 Billion. With only 2% of that coming from investors, simply too much dough at the wrong time...what do you think?

Come on now, who is actually going to the Lympics???
