Glute Kick Backs 🍑
Lots of ladies are always asking advice with technique - but what works for one doesn’t always work for another, they look simple but don’t work for everyone! There is lots of variations of cable kick backs and a few things to know 👇🏼
•Beginner friendly and low impact
•Muscle isolation
•Better muscle definition
•Easy progressive overload
•Better mind muscle connection
When setting up the cable don’t use the lowest setting where you attach your ankle attachment (also you may find it easier standing on a plate) - I always start lighter on the first couple of sets and use control not momentum.
BUT…..remember to grow those glutes it’s always, always progression overload and I use cable kick backs to finish and fully fatigue the glutes!

WOMENS ONLY CLASS 🩷
If you’re interested in joining me then please read the following….
My new class will be starting on Monday 26th January 6pm.
✨ How many people to expect? Classes are capped at 10 ladies to keep the environment personal, safe, and supportive. This allows me to give every woman the attention, coaching, and quality experience she deserves.
✨ When? The class will run every Monday 6pm for 1 hour - although please arrive a few minutes early so you can set up your kit (mats, weights etc) also if this will be your first time training with me you will need to complete a health questionnaire first, so again, please allow extra time for this.
✨What are the classes? You’ll get the best of everything - bodyweight movements, barbells, kettlebells, and functional training to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident!
No matter your starting point, these classes are totally beginner-friendly and suitable for all abilities, with personalised options to help you progress at your own pace.
Open to ladies 16+, you’ll be welcomed, supported, and encouraged from the moment you walk in.
✨Payment? This is a pay as you go class and will be £7 payment will need to be made via bank transfer. Please note: spaces are limited. Payment is required to confirm your place and is non-refundable due to the commitment of holding your spot.
*Just a heads up—there will be disco/strobe lighting in class which means flashing lights. If this affects you in any way, please reach out so we can chat and make sure you’re comfortable.
I’ve already had lots of interest and hate to turn anyone away, so if I get a waiting list I am considering doing a 5pm class on a Monday too (and possibly a Friday) so keep a check on my page!

A different post from me here….
Not your usual ‘weight loss’ but it’s a ‘weight gain’ transformation ✨
I’ve always been a bit of a ‘hybrid girl’ I love all aspects of the different types of training in the gym. LOVE strength training and in 2025 I ramped it up!
In 2024 I was too busy chasing a calorie deficit and I think it’s clear to see (in my opinion) and in 2025 I didn’t! I focused on eating clean and lifting more!
In one year my shape has totally changed and I guess what I’m getting at is that - from the 2024 photo to the 2025 photo I’ve gained 7KG on the scales and I’m so pleased with that gain!
I stopped wanting to be a certain number on the scales and chasing ‘lower digits’….because I know which number i’m choosing and it’s the bigger one 💪🏼
Excited for another year of training 🏋🏽♀️

✨ MERRY CHRISTMAS ✨
That’s me done for 2025 and what a year it’s been - I have loved every minute of Flowers Fitness this year and all of the beautiful ladies it brought my way 🫶🏼
This year wouldn’t have been what it was without my PT clients. Thank you for the trust, the effort, and the commitment, truly beyond thankful to have such lovely clients 🫶🏼
And to those who recommend me - thank you for believing in what I do 🥹
Feeling super grateful to be heading into 2026 with my ladies and the new clients booked in for January 😅
Also those that have been asking, keep a check on my socials because I will be starting my ladies only class in January (I finally caved in after all of you asking 🤭 and I’m super excited to start these!)
