Firstly!!! Happy new year 🥳 everyone!!
Sadly myself and Lou have had to make a decision to finish taking our Hiit classes after 7 Fantastic years!!!! we both can’t thank you all enough for your support over the last 7 years 🥰and we will miss you all . Everyone keep safe and look after yourselves and your precious families # #

Just a little note to everyone with December fast approaching we have had to make the decision to stop all classes until January. As from today. So no classes on Monday 29th November onwards!
As you are aware or maybe not? We are both two full time working mums who offer hiit classes in our spare time. However due to family and work commitments Monday nights are becoming a struggle with the lead up to Christmas for us both. I’m sure you also have many commitments and parties to attend over the next few weeks.
Thank you for your understanding, have a lovely Christmas and we will see you all back in the new year!!
In the mean time there are plenty of videos on our page to keep you busy and they are all free!!
