💪 Body Pump – Fridays at 6:15 PM
🎉 Ingrida’s first class with us will be Body Pump next Friday at 6:15 PM, with her full schedule starting the following week.

Yesterday, some of the Snap Fitness team had the privilege of attending the Houghton Hall Race for Life in support of Cancer Research UK. 💜
We’re incredibly grateful to have been invited to support such an amazing charity and to be part of such an inspiring event. It was fantastic to see so many people coming together for one important cause, especially on the hottest day of the year so far! ☀️
A huge congratulations to everyone who took part, volunteered, donated, and got involved. Your determination, positivity, and support make a real difference in the fight against cancer.
Thank you for having us, and we can’t wait to be involved again! 👏💜

🚨 IMPORTANT MEMBER NOTICE 🚨
On Tuesday, our club will be operating with reduced staffing hours and will be staffed from 8:00am – 5:00pm as our team heads to Houghton Hall to support an incredible community event – the Cancer Research UK Race for Life 5K! 💗🏃♀️🏃♂️
We are incredibly proud that Snap Fitness has been chosen to provide the official warm-up for all participants before they take on the course. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us to support such an important cause and help get hundreds of runners race-ready! 💪🔥

🌟 MEMBER SUCCESS STORY – ASH 🌟
Just over a year ago, Ash joined Snap because he wasn’t happy with his body image and knew he needed something positive to focus on.
Since then, we’ve watched him completely transform. Not only has he become stronger and fitter, but he’s also grown in confidence and achieved things he never thought possible.
Most recently, Ash completed a 10K Spartan Race completely on his own 💪🔥- something he never would have imagined doing a year ago.
Here’s what Ash had to say about his journey:
“Restarting my fitness journey with Snap & the team has been just the inspiration & motivation that I needed!
I was instantly made to feel welcome, there’s a real sense of community within the club and it just makes you want to go work out, as it’s so much fun being able to be social, seeing familiar faces rather than it feeling like a chore.
The classes have been a huge part of my success! I really enjoy them and it’s given me structure in addition to workout plans.
Massive thanks has to go to , one of the PT’s based at Snap, who without I’d never have achieved what I have! She’s kept pushing & supporting me every step of the way!
It may sound cheesy, but without Snap & the team there over the last year, I wouldn’t be who & what I am today!”
