I have one date left for June and 3 dates for July & August for 90 minute, half-day or full-day retreats. We’ll cover mental, emotional, and physical support: bodywork, rest, nourishment, rituals & more.

Saturday’s Beltane gathering was such a delight.

We spent time at Fulking Spring which was so magical then came back to the studio for gentle movement, relaxation & connection.

It’s so lovely to weave the special places around the land here into our circles.

Our next in person gathering is Beltane and we are finally going to be visiting the Spring I’ve talked about so much.

We will meet in Newtimber then take a very short drive to the Spring then return to the studio.
