Finally after a week relaxing with family followed by a long week of isolation we’re back

Getting in shape for one occasion then letting it all slip is the normal now 🥱
Anyone can get given a 6 week meal plan and get told to do unrealistic steps with workouts just focused on glutes, lats and delts and see some results.
Then 3 weeks later feel worse about them selfs because it’s was unrealistic, binged because it was to strict, drained so they can’t be arsed to move and the biggest thing DONT HAVE A CLUE WHY ANYTHING WAS SET! 🪀🪀
A coach should problem solve allowing you still to live life while achieving results, explain the reasoning behind what’s set and how it’s going to better the client and also find away that’s sustainable no matter what time of year it is to always stay on track.
