Fantastic performance from Toby this week, well deserved player of the match. Toby listened to his coaches advice before the match and put it into practice during the game. He showed really strong running alongside excellent defence throughout all three games!

This Saturday we have a bit of a home game 👍🏉😂, we will be setting up at Kingswood parks primary school for the Kingswood knights Arlfc rugby club open day, loads going on, kids rugby, food, Craft stalls and of course some award winning 😜 local beer.

Well done to the under 9s on Wednesday night...we all got caught in the rain at the end ☔

Player of the matches was nearly not awarded tonight some individuals had good moments but we had a really poor night as a team.

All the coaches are in agreement that we need to raise our standards and we will be implementing them expectations going forward. The team listened to what we had to say and all had hand shake with each other at the end. We learn and go again 🖤💜🤍⚔️🛡
