Tonight we started with our defensive dynamics before moving into a game of ‘Noughts & Crosses’, helping the girls with their decision making. We then had a tackle bag race before doing a 1v1 tackling at speed drill. We then had a game of 4 corners before ending the night with a match.

Great efforts again tonight girls.

Training is every Wednesday 6-7 on Eastmount🦁

Great session tonight Lionesses.

We started with our dynamics and into some of our set play drills practicing our drop offs and face balls. We then moved into a fun defensive drill, protect the ring. Finishing the night with a game. The girls are progressing each week.

A big thank you to our U6’s first aider, Sophie for helping out with our session.
