💥💥 NEW GIRLS FOOTBALL TEAM 💥💥

We are inviting girls in current school year 2 to register their interest in joining our new girls U8’s team!

Training will commence Saturday 1st June and we are excited to say that this new team will be coached by former Hull City Ladies Coach, Chris Peachey who is our current Hall Road Rangers Ladies head coach and Chris will be joined in coaching the team by Libby Gray who has previously played for Hull City Ladies and York City Ladies and is our current Captain of our Hall Road Rangers Ladies side!

This really is a fantastic opportunity for any girl wanting to give football a try with two excellent coaches ready and waiting to get started! 🔵⚪️⚽️🩷

Our ladies have an upcoming friendly match against newly formed Cherry Burton Ladies which will take place on Sunday 2nd June in a 2pm kick off away from home. The game will be played at Cherry Burton Sports Field!

In just over a months time our ladies take to the field again in preparation for the new season starting this September! This game will be a good test for Rangers Ladies Coach, Chris Peachey and his squad of players! 🔵⚪️⚽️

💥💥 LADIES FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 💥💥

We are hosting a Ladies 7 a-side football tournament on Saturday 29th June 2024 which will take place at St Mary’s, Hull, HU7 4BS

Places are limited to 20 teams with a number of places already been taken. The cost is £30 per team or £50 for 2 teams. The tournament has also been advertised outside of Hull to attract teams from outside the local ladies Hull leagues.

Team can be made up of no more than 10 players per team (3 subs)

All games with be officiated by qualified FA referees.

Hot and cold foods and drinks will be available to purchase on site with burger vans and ice cream vans!

Chris Peachey took his depleted squad away to Market Weighton this Sunday afternoon to face Holme Rovers Ladies and his ladies managed to make it 4 wins out of 4 with only 1 substitute to call upon!

Rangers took the lead through LeeLee Hanson with a great finish as she burst into Holme Rovers box before finishing well!

LeeLee scored a second in the game with Rangers Ladies top scorer Emma Innes netting 4 goals this game taking her tally to 15 goals in 4 games played!

Second half Rangers, Chelsea Bailey let loose and scored 4 second half goals from difficult angles wide on the left!

Hall Road Rangers coach Chris Peachey was delighted with how his side dug deep as well as seeing 2 goals from Laura Duncan who got off the mark for Hall Road Rangers with two great finishes!

Morgan Nagee also scored her second goal for HRR when she volleyed in a great strike from a corner!

Rangers captain, Libby Gray was an ever presence right across the whole pitch all game!

HALL ROAD RANGER LADIES PLAYER OF THE MATCH - Scarlett Brown!

Scarlett was asked to play out of position in only her 3rd senior game at left back after making the step up from girls football to open age ladies football and Scarlett won every single tackle and passed the ball with calmness and composure under pressure! For such a young player Scarlett shon today with an incredible display 👏👏👏🏆🏆🏆🔵⚪️⚽️

PS: We are hearing a Holme Rovers Player ruptured her achilles during todays game and on behalf of Hall Road Rangers we wish the player a speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹
