Malet Vikings Under 12s

Last game for the season! And it was a nail biting, strong game against Marfleet. In the first half plenty of shots taken and ball just not going in. Half time 0-0 then second half was the same but we managed a win 🏆 ending 2-1. Overall the boys played strong and plenty of passing was made and working as a team 🔵🔴⚪️

🏆 Parents Man of the Match goes to JP who played a strong game today on the wing and didn’t shy away!
🏆 Coaches Man of the Match goes to ALL the lads played a brilliant game, working together and ending the season with a win!

On Saturday our boys completed there sponsored walk to Hornsea!
Took 4 and 1/2 hours, 12 miles and over 26,000 steps 👣
Well done 👏 boys!

This week we changed our our match days due to our sponsored walk on Saturday! Played against South Cave wasn’t a result we would hope for but the boys played some brilliant football ⚽️ one of the best games! The weather was up and down! A brilliant rainbow 🌈 picture taken from one of parents!

🏆 Coaches Man of the Match- The machine Finn he worked his boots off up and down that pitch and played a solid game!

Today was a free week so a nice little friendly against Market Wheaton!

🏆 Parents Man of the Match- Max made some good tackles, played well in a different position being left wing and had a good game.
🏆 Coaches Man of the Match- Riley an all round good game in CDM staying focused!

Today’s game was at home to Hedon Rangers at half time wasn’t looking to good being 3-0 down but after a good team talk at half time the boys was back in the game making it a draw!
Final score 3-3.

Today’s game was away to Beverley town Galaxy. First 10 mins we bagged ourselves the first goal of the game with the continued effort and playing strong come half time it was looking promising. Second half we went again putting in the work and saving some goals we drew 3-3.
