This weekend the A team travel to Oulton Raiders ARLFC Open Age / Academy 18s as they look to get consecutive wins but know it won’t come east as they face a tough Raiders side who currently sit 2nd in the league table.
After a impressive win against Beverley ‘A’ team last Thursday the ‘A’ team boys will be looking to continue there form as they take on Cottingham Tigers RLFC at Eastside.

England Community Lions have named extended train-on squads at Under-16s and Under-18s age groups as they prepare for a busy few months of internationals for both age groups.
The Under-16s have named 39 players, a number that will later be trimmed following a trial on 13th May and will take on Wales in Wales on 3rd June before home internationals against Scotland (18th June), Ireland (2nd September) and Wales (16th September).
The players not selected from that trial game will still have a representative opportunity when a Lions Regional Selection take on a French Regional side in England during July.
23 clubs across the country are represented through the Under-16s programme this term.

Thirty-six players from 24 clubs have made the Under-18 Train on squad including six who played for the Lions Under-16s last term - Ruben Ruane, Fletcher Holgate, Harrison Dodd, Marcus Geener, Oliver Smart and Joshua Langley, while Sam Murtagh and Harry Sheridan, who have recently starred in the opening rounds of the National Conference League and Challenge Cup for Kells and Rochdale Mayfield respectively have been selected in the initial squad and Brentwood Eels are represented by Taylor Giroud.
The Under-18s programme mirrors that of the Under-16s with the squad set to be trimmed following a trial on 13th May and will then take on Wales in Wales on 3rd June before home internationals against Scotland (18th June), Ireland (2nd September) and Wales (16th September).
