🖤🧡Our final game of the 2025/2026 season🖤🧡
A fun last season game to end on with position roulette. Every one of the lads came away beaming after having fun on the pitch playing in different positions and just enjoying football.
What a season we have had. Reflecting back on this season I don’t think we can quite believe how amazing it has been, having an undefeated run of 16 games, 1 draw and 1 loss is more than what we set out for this season. The aim for the start of our season was simple, we stick together, enjoy playing football and hunt for promotion. The undefeated 16 game run was the cherry on top.
Full credit to every single one of the lads, the passion that they have displayed on the field week in and week out is second to none and it has shown. We have a great team who are an absolute pleasure to coach and they bought into everything we set out for this season with their commitment ending as Division 5 Champions🖤🧡
A massive thank you to all of our supporters and parents without you our sideline would be quiet. The parents and family who put so much time into bringing the lads to training and games it doesn’t go unnoticed and we appreciate you all👏🏽 We have had an incredible turn out through the season and cannot wait to celebrate with you all next month.
We now have a well earned rest and a tournament until presentation at the end of June before heading into a tough pre-season ready to start as U16’s🖤🧡

🖤🧡 ROBIN AFC JUNIORS UNDER 15’s PROMOTED🖤🧡

Fifteen out of Fifteen League Games Won🖤🧡
An unusual start to the game with Robin coming up against 9 players to begin with but they made the numerical advantage count early on as Riley grabbed the first goal inside 5 minutes with a tidy finish in the bottom corner. As Hall Road managed to field a full 11, Robin continued to pressure Hall Road with fast football which led to a great goal from Logan to make it 2-0 to Robin. A 3rd goal soon followed from Harrison after some good pressing from the Robin attackers.
3-0 to Robin at the half time whistle.
The 2nd half started a little slow from Robin with some loose passes and not closing down opposition players which led to Hall Road pulling a goal back making it 3-1. The lads responded brilliantly to this with another great piece of pressing which led to Charlie R making the score 4-1. We continued to play some great football in challenging windy conditions which paid off when Arminas got onto the end of a great cross in the box to make it 5-1 to Robin. Ryan finished off the scoring for Robin with a fine finish into the top corner with the game finishing 6-1 to Robin.
Full time whistle 1-6 to Robin.
Overall a much improved performance from last week. We started on the front foot and carried on throughout the whole game. A brilliant way to see us PROMOTED⚽️
Player of the Match went to Riley who was a constant threat on the left wing, causing problems for the Hall Road defence and scoring his 3rd goal in 3 games since returning to the club.🖤🧡
Supporters Player of the Match went to Oliver who had a great game at centre back, making plenty of tackles and clearances dealing with every attack and brilliantly shutting down the opposition at every opportunity.🖤🧡

Fourteen out of Fourteen League games won🧡🖤
First half was a complete write off today, our standards dropped, a frustrating half where we did not put our chances away and really had to battle to keep a level game. In the closing minutes of the first half East Hull Wanderers found the back of the net.
1-0 to East Hull at half time whistle.
After a good talk at half time the lads really had to come out and reacted. Second half they did exactly what was asked, they responded with an early equaliser making it 1-1. The lads soon found the net again making it 2-1. East Hull Wanderers managed to equal the score line again. We reacted well scoring another 2 goals to see the game off.
Full time whistle 2-4 to Robin.
Overall, not the most pleasant of games, but it’s not always how you start it’s how you finish. Not the best day in the office but we got over the line keeping the winning streak. We move onto our game next week, another good training session on Thursday and move a step closer to winning the title and promotion.
Player of the Match went to Kai for his excellent defensive displays. His captaincy and the way he reads a game really shone through what an incredible season Kai is having👏🏽
Supporters Player of the Match went to Cameron on his double streak. Cameron was just relentless again, his ability to make his runs and get up the field creating opportunities is great to watch🧡🖤

Thirteen out of Thirteen League games won🖤🧡
A bit of a late post from Sunday but here we are… Sunday saw us take on third in the league Thorngumbald. A sleepy first half performance from the boys. We was in a game, Thorngumbald came out fighting but had an incredible defence they battled well and really made us work to keep a level game. We had a fair few shots on target but couldn’t find the back of the net or even pull the trigger to release that first goal.
0-0 at the half time whistle.
Second half the lads came out more lively. We reacted well on the ball, maintained possession and created lots more opportunities. The first goal came from Riley D on his returning debut back to Robin with a ricocheting shot. That seemed to trigger the lads with 3 more goals from Jake, Roman and Logan. A very solid defence stopped Thorngumbald from scoring, blocking opportunities and making it very difficult for them.
Full time whistle 4-0.
Overall we had a mix of two half’s. Sleepy but steady first half and a rapid quick play of the ball in the second half. We got the ball down, had some great runs going forward and had a solid defence. We keep the winning streak going, not long left to go in the season and we are hungry for that title. The target for the season is in reach and we are even more determined to sn**ch that promotion.
Player of the Match went to Jake, he game off the bench and made such an impact on the wing. His work ethic on and off the ball was superb and even bagged himself a goal!
Supporters Player of the Match went to Cameron, he was solid at the back, stopping most of the attacks and even kept calm and collected when under pressure. He had some great bursting runs forwards and creating goal scoring opportunities👏🏽
A shout out to Riley D as well who is now back with us at Robin. Riley was one of the original Robin boys from when we first started back in 2022 as U12’s. It is great to have Riley back to the family and what a way to debut with a cracking goal🖤🧡
