Happy new year to all my clients old and new, family and friends ๐ŸŽ‰ .

Itโ€™s been another strange year but if itโ€™s taught us anything itโ€™s that without your health and freedom everything starts to suffer. Letโ€™s spend 2022 achieving our goals in a sustainable way, keep it simple, keep it consistent, get outdoors and appreciate the simple things.

Chick Boxing Day sessions ๐ŸŽ„ ๐ŸŽ…

Finishing the this year feeling strong slowly pushing up the cals. Finished my cut at 76.5kg and pushed up to 83kg currently ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Progress update.. client .fitness

Amazing progress from Imarni! we did a quick tidy up post holiday and dropped some body fat with the long term goal of building muscle which take time but we're making good progress and heres some key improvements so far below.
1. Dropped body fat and built muscle.
2.Shoulders retracted back and down with improvement in muscle mass in the back improving posture.
3.Knees previously bowed in slightly corrected with good form on our programmed exercises and some good development in the quads.
4.Less anterior pelvic tilt aka sticking your arse out, this was improved with good technique performing the programmed specific exercises.

In summary the changes may seem slight to some but they're significant in a short space of time especially in an already advanced client, I get nothing but 100% commitment from Imarni so looking forward to making some huge progress in the new year.

Finished off the week with a full body session.

This week has been a busy one, my times be split between my own training, personal training, managing my online clients and uploading content to my new app coming soon. Itโ€™s hard to switch off at times and Iโ€™m literally dreaming about training and work at the moment so Iโ€™m taking a weekend off to reset.
