Hull Social Netball Leagues

I’m delighted to welcome on board Amy Stewart to our management team for the week to week running of the Hull leagues.

Amy, who most of you now know well, is an incredibly enthusiastic netball individual who was recently nominated for a host of awards in the recent Yorkshire Netball One awards including Unsung Hero of the Year, Coach of the Year and Community Official of the Year. Amy has helped to establish North Ferriby Netball Club, umpires our two “Netball Leagues” in Anlaby, runs a successful Back to Netball session whilst managing a full time job also! Wow!

Amy will be your intermediate for communication - both players and umpires - and will help manage the leagues and our expansion leagues going forward.* Michael will continue to oversee and will still be available. Amy’s vast experience of playing, umpiring and coaching will make her an ideal asset for overall structure, answering questions and providing solutions in quick time.

I’m sure you’ll all join me in welcoming Amy to the team in what will be an excellent addition. 🙌🏻🏐

*As a sneak peak, Amy will communicate about some new leagues starting during August. A Sunday league at Tranby School and a Thursday night over at Hornsea leisure centre!

🏐 Netball Umpires in Hull needed!!

We are on the look out for umpires to help run our weekly fun and social netball league starting in the sports hall of Tranby School in Anlaby.

This is very much for beginners and amateurs and starts next week, Thursday 12 October. It will be run weekly from 730-930pm and a fee of £30 will be paid (via bank transfer). No money is taken from any team on the evening. Your only responsibility will be to input the scores from our matches.

All equipment provided. We just need you! 🙌🏻
