HRW 0 - 3 HRR
Tonight the team battled out in a Hall Road Derby.
The result may not of gone in our favour but the performance was excellent from the team tonight.
1st half couldnt of asked for much more as there was some good plays of the ball strong defensive work and some even better saves and went into half time 0-0
2nd half different story as only having 9 players took its toll and tiredness set in but still they kept battling till the end.
Well done to both teams and good luck in your up coming season.

What better way to start the weekend than under the Friday night lights! 💙⚽️
Next up for the Warriors is another trip to Priory as we continue our preparations for the new season.
After an encouraging performance on Tuesday, we're looking to build on the positives, keep improving our football, and continue increasing our match fitness and sharpness. At this stage of pre-season, the result isn't the priority—it's all about development, learning, and making progress together.
We're also hoping to welcome a few players back from their holidays, giving them the chance to get valuable minutes under their belts as we continue to build fitness, strengthen partnerships, and grow as a team.
Every session and every match is another step closer to being ready for the season ahead. We can't wait to get back out there on Friday night! 💙

Pre-Season Underway 💙⚽
Last night we kicked off our pre-season campaign with a home fixture against Pelican. As expected at this time of year, we were missing a few players due to holidays, but it was still a valuable evening for those available to get some important minutes under their belts.
The first half gave us plenty of positives. We moved the ball well, played some fluid attacking football and created several good chances. Our opening goal came after an excellent delivery into the box, with Finley on hand to finish and put us 1-0 up. We doubled our lead through more great work down the right from the other Finley, whose persistence earned him the chance to pull the ball back for Charlie to finish smartly at the near post. Pelican pulled one back before the break, leaving us with a deserved 2-1 lead at half-time.
The second half became much more open. With only eight players available, a huge thank you goes to Pelican for continually lending us a player to keep the game at 9v9 – a fantastic example of football being played in the right spirit. As tiredness set in, the game naturally became stretched. We still created some excellent opportunities, with the Pelican goalkeeper making several fine saves and Finley unlucky to see an effort crash against the crossbar. Defensively, with only one recognised defender available, we knew the latter stages would be a challenge, and Pelican took advantage of the spaces to score three second-half goals and run out 4-2 winners.
Despite the result, there were lots of encouraging signs. AJ and Hattie looked to be building a really promising partnership in midfield, and there were plenty of positives throughout the team to build on. There is, of course, still plenty to work on, but with players returning over the coming weeks, we're excited about what's ahead.
A massive thank you to the lads from Rangers who came down to ensure the game could go ahead – your support is hugely appreciated.
Finally, congratulations to Pelican on the win and thank you for a competitive game played in a fantastic spirit. It was exactly the kind of test both teams needed as preparations continue for the new season.
Next up for the Warriors is another tough challenge as we travel to Priory on Friday evening. The hard work continues as we keep building towards the 2026/27 season. 💙⚽

⚽️ Matchday | Pre-Season Begins ⚽️
This Tuesday we kick off our pre-season campaign with a tough home test against Pelican.
Last season the sides played out a closely contested game, with Pelican edging a 3-2 victory, so we know exactly the level of challenge that awaits us. It's the perfect way to begin our preparations for the 2026/27 season.
We're excited to welcome a few new faces into the squad and can't wait to see them in action for the first time. With a number of players still away on holiday, it also gives those available the opportunity to get valuable minutes under their belts and stake their claim ahead of the new season.
Pre-season is all about building fitness, developing relationships on the pitch, and continuing to improve as a team. While everyone always wants to win, tomorrow's result isn't the main focus. The priority is getting back out there, enjoying our football, and taking another step forward together.
