🇬🇧NDP Grades National Finals 2026🇬🇧

Congratulations to both Macie, Ruby & the all the Yorkshire Teams who competed in this weekends National final!

⭐️Macie competed in the Performance 4 team, put out some solid routines for the team which came 7th and she came 10th in Britain on vault!

⭐️Ruby competed in the Performance 3 team. This was her first National final, she took it all in her stride and put out some great routines! The performance 3 team came 11th!

We are so very proud of both of you! You were great team members and did Yorkshire and Aspire proud! Keep working hard!🇬🇧⭐️

🧹🤸‍♀️Do you have any spare time on Tuesday 26th May? 🧹🤸‍♀️

We are going to be completing our annual pit clean and need lots of helpers, as it is a huge task. We will be very grateful to anyone who can come along and help, gymnasts, parents, brothers, sisters, friends and relatives (all children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult).⭐️

We are going to start at around 9 a.m. and hope to be finished by around 3 p.m. Any time you can give up will be great, even if you can only come for one hour. It is actually quite good fun getting deep into the pit. Please wear old clothes and socks, as it gets dusty and the sponge tends to stick to socks. 🧹🤸‍♀️🤞

⭐️National Finals Team Training⭐️

Macie and Ruby travelled to Dronfield yesterday in preparation for their National Finals next week. They had a great training session perfecting routines alongside their team mates, followed by a sports psychology session led by Sophie Goodman🤸‍♂️

Congratulations Matilda on her incredible performances at this weekend’s Yorkshire Floor & Vault Finals in the Under 14 Advanced category at Skyline Gymnastics. She came 🥈on the floor, 🥇on the vault and overall U14 Advanced Champion! 🏆

🎉🤸‍♂️ Huge congratulations to Ellie on passing her Professional Practice in High-Performance Coaching (PPiHPC)! 🤸‍♂️🎉

The PPiHPC is an advanced coaching science and professional practice module focusing on leadership, critical reflection, coaching philosophy, and creating meaningful, positive change in elite training environments. ⭐️

Following an intensive two-day course in Birmingham in November 2025, Ellie went on to develop her own coaching philosophy and lead an intervention within our club, demonstrating clear improvement and impact.

This marks a hugely exciting step forward for our club. Ellie is our very first coach to move into High Performance coaching, and we couldn’t be prouder. We can’t wait to see what you do next and good luck for your practical!💙

After months of waiting we officially have all six men’s apparatus. Thankyou to gymnova for putting our rings and high bar up last week!

Still a few tweaks to do before we can use them but we now have full set ups for WAG, MAG, DMT & Trampolining! 🤸‍♂️

We can’t wait to see our boys squad progress even further, Exciting times ahead!⭐️
