A great day of tournament football down at Bransburton AFC. In the groups we faced three Division 1 teams including the the champions, and a division 2 side as well. The kids worked tremendously hard in the heat and their effort and commitment paid off when they reached one of the semi finals. They beat Barham 2-0 in the Semi and narrowly lost 1-0 to Kingswood Hotspurs in the Final, a team we had already drawn against earlier in the competition. The kids come away with their heads held high 💪

So after 18 games The Rangers finish third in the league. Its been an exciting ride with lots of highs and a few lows too, as is the nature of football. The kids have matured so much through the course of the season and now we look forward to tournament season and the build up to the start of our U13 season 👏

Not the final day of the season the kids had hoped for but the scoreline certainly doesn't tell the full story as we lose to the league champions. Well done to Hedon Rangers Blues on a fantastic season 🏆
