Just the one for me today. Caught in the first hour of a 7hr session. Dont like these hot sunny days on the lake fish just absorbe sun 🎣🎣🎣

2 stockys and a decent fish lost nothing worth getting out the camera for. Cant wait to be back at it 👍👍👍

Quick sesh today before work today. Result was this lovely chunky common, even raised its dorsal for the camera 👍

Today I was a man on a mission.
I turned up to the lake today and the w**d growth in the last week has been so dramatic its unreal. It dawned on me my 6ft dwarf and 12lb floating line might not be up to the job due to the jungle underwater. Stalking the fish in the biggest mess of w**d at one side of the lake managed to sink a hook into a common and the fight was on and what a fight it was. I managed to land the fish and its same weight in w**d in the net and was well happy with the power of the 3.5tc dwarf and the fox 12lb floating line was more than great, minimal stretch and no kink's.

Just the one today off the top on good old bread. Head was scarred up threw years of smashing threw the w**d. Lake is 70%water 30%w**d haha still be back soon.

Couple hours today resulted in this lovely common. Was hard going but stalked one out in the end 👍

Groundhog fish!
I dont get to wet a line much because of work so I went nearly for a couple hours a month ago had 1 fish within 30mins (last post). Then today round about the same time 30mins was in the edge on bottom rod ripped off same fish. Hence Groundhog 😕😒😟

Finally I got out with a rod in a hand, bag of bread and the sunshine beaming down. Couple of hours stalking on the private resulted 1 take and 1 fish and a lovely 1 at that ☺

The rods are out tomorrow come rain, shine or apocolypse. Just for a few hours for my 1st session to break in my new rods and get a feel for it. Stalking on the private lake so hopefully a scaley to report tomorrow night 👍

Havent wet a line in over 4months due to work commitments but tomorrow I the rods are coming out :)

Empty net's for todays session. Can see them still cruising together so probably still at it. Better luck next week :)
