BAM not only provides fitness classes, but a place for you to include and connect with your baby. Get fitter and lose weigh whilst playing! Sessions include themed sensory play to also exercise & encourage your baby. With the equipment we have available we offer a unique class for both you and your baby to enjoy. We are not restricted to women.
