The honest answer? Whenever you feel it’s the right time ! While dance and theatre isn't a race—it's a journey that adapts to wherever you are in life—starting at different stages offers unique benefits and that’s something we are proud to offer

Super Saturdays (weekends)
Ages 2.5 years - 8yrs
Ages 9-13yrs
It’s all about coordination and social skills. Starting young helps establish natural flexibility and rhythm as a "second language." and such lovely independent confidence with friends

Children & Teens (Weekly )
Ages 8-13 years
A brilliant time for added technical skill and support to achieve chosen pathways
Beyond our classes , our students often show higher academic focus and stress resilience a sense of pride commitment and passion and a space to belong

Senior Classes (Mon, Tues & Fri)

Have we ever stopped to think how we obsess over the metrics of our lives and definitely children’s purely because we want them to do well in the world and succeed in life 🖤

Competition weekends always bring so much fun and long days 😂😂 for us as a school it really takes grounded grace to look past the noise of competitions and some of the really hyper focused competition from such an early age you see my role is not to create a culture of hyper achievers for public display but to purely support the journey of personal growth if this is something they enjoy doing as an added extra pathway S.J ARTS the minute we see any child not coping with the added pressure we have a chat with parents and we pause to ensure the journey is one of enjoyment and not hyper focused external validation

This weekend was amazing to see the team support and show kindness when no one was looking and it was so lovely to share with so many lovely talented schools enjoying their moments it’s been a blast

S.J ARTS Team and beautiful families have been out performing this weekendEclipse Festival of Dance an absolutely fantastic weekend I am literally blown away by the achievements and progress that all of you have made on this journey such gorgeous feedback and incredible marks

Feathers , sequins , 😂Eiras green make up if you know you know 😂😂💚and for all our superstars something powerful happened behind the scenes… Help with makeup. Fixing the little details. Taking a breath with each other before you stepped back out into the spotlight just pure support.

That’s real teamwork.

It’s choosing to celebrate someone else’s moment, even when it’s not yours. It’s putting the team above the outcome. It’s understanding that one person’s win can still belong to all of you.

That kind of character? That lasts longer than any trophy ever will.
