From yesterday to today!! Yesterday saw some great outdoor client sessions in the sun, while today we are back in the gym!! Make the most of the nice weather while it lasts! Train anywhere! The only limitations are the ones you put on yourself!!!

Bit of Friday motivation for you, you are never too old to train at the gym! Robert is comfortably into his 60's and has 3 personal training sessions a week between me and CoreWorx, and proves age is just a number! He also feels a hell of a lot better for it!!! What's your excuse again??? Now let's get this day on the road!!

Back to the grind today after the Christmas break with a hefty leg session! Feels great to be back and feel that post workout soreness I have missed for so long!!! Today is my favourite, LEG DAY!!! 6pm start!! Got a big big session planned, and i can't wait to get in that rack!! Bring on the pain!!!!

Today was back day, and what a back day it was!!! Really loving the new heavy phase and feel myself getting stronger, and stronger!!! Deadlifts were the big compound move of the session, and hit 140kg for 8, 150kg for 6, and 160kg for 3 with a drop set!!! If your struggling for ideas for your back session feel free to give this session a try, done at the right intensity / weight it's a beauty!!!

Motivation Monday!!! Top left was around 6 months ago, legs are definitely growing!!! Proud of my progress so far!!! With that in mind, it's leg day!!! Today's workout is a big one, including Anderson Squats, Front Squats, leg press, lunges, single leg work, isolations and finishing with some bodyweight stuff! God help me 💪💪💪

Sometimes you have to break the norm to take your body out of its comfort zone! If your body gets used to the same old workouts, try something new!! Couple of cheeky 100 rep sets left me feeling absolutely ruined, and today is a new kind of sore!! Challenge yourself!!!
