Kids boxing this morning. 10.30am

Due to our summer holiday the gym will have reduced hours, apologies for any inconvenience.
Thursday 20th - Friday 28th 10am-8pm.
Classes will run as normal except this Saturdays class is cancelled. Thanks

Today we took the squad out for a day they’ll never forget — all thanks to a generous donation from Vinnie at Southcoates Car Sales 🥊

That donation helped cover the cost of a minibus and a full day packed with adventure, activity, fresh air and, most importantly, memories.

🏃‍♂️ 8:30am: We left the gym and headed to Danes D**e for a woodland off-road run, followed by a healthy breakfast.

🌊 Then it was off to Filey for a walk along the beach, some time enjoying the amusements and a healthy lunch prepared in-house.

💦 Then the fun really began… North Yorkshire Water Park! What an incredible experience. The squad tested themselves, faced their fears and took giant leaps into the open water. The laughs and screams never stopped!

🚿 After a quick shower and change, we headed to Whitby. The squad tackled the famous 199 steps down into town, where we enjoyed an awesome chippy tea and had a quick mooch around.

🥊 Then it was back in the van and off to Whitby Boxing Club, who were kind enough to accommodate us on a Friday night for some sparring. A huge thank you to everyone at the club for having us!

The laughs genuinely haven’t stopped all day. 🙌

What a fantastic evening we had at the Haven Arms celebrating another brilliant season for our club.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a great night. We were also treated to fantastic live music from Lennon & Evie—available for bookings!

Attention Kids Class parents, we have an inflatable assault course on the field today, which was for a project mid day.

Its on the field until 530pm so feel free to bring the kids straight from school.
