Thinking of joining VRDC? 💜🩵

We know starting somewhere new can feel a little daunting, so here are a few of the questions we get asked most often.

✨ No experience needed
✨ Come in something comfy you can move in
✨ Try a class before committing

At VRDC, we focus on confidence, friendships, learning new skills and making every dancer feel part of our community.

🤸‍♀️ PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! 💜🩵

Our Priory Acro girls are working so hard on levelling up their tricks, building confidence and developing their skills every single week. ✨

This week it was all about SIDE AERIALS 🙌

We love seeing each of the dancers make progress in their own way — whether it’s getting a little more height, improving technique, building the confidence to go for it, or finally landing a skill they’ve been working towards. 💪🌟

So proud of how hard they’re all working! 💜🩵

💜🩵 Friendships are made at VRDC… some have and will last for years! 🩵💜

Dance is about so much more than learning routines. It’s about finding your people, building confidence, sharing laughs and creating memories together. ✨

From first classes to show days, we absolutely love watching friendships grow alongside our dancers. 🥹

Because at VRDC, it’s not just about the dancing… it’s about belonging. 💜🩵

Yesterday we had the loveliest, most relaxing spa day with the VRDC team 💜🩵

A huge thank you to each and every one of you for your continued help, support and everything you do for VRDC. We really do have the most amazing team.

It was so lovely to switch off, relax, laugh and enjoy some well-deserved time together — just what we all needed! 🥰

Forever grateful for this wonderful group of ladies and everything they bring to the VRDC family. 💜🩵

💜 FROM “WILL ANYONE TURN UP?” TO A CLASS THAT’S ABSOLUTELY BUZZING! 🩵

One whole year of Dinky Dancers! 🥹✨

Some of our Dinkys have been with us from day one, performed in their very first VRDC show in July, and we’ve welcomed lots of lovely new faces this September too.

We can’t wait to see how much they grow this year and watch them shine on stage in 2027! 🌟

Our littlest dancers, making the biggest memories. 💜🩵

Ella has been a VRDC member for a number of years now, starting off with dance and cheer. She jumped straight into Arco when we launched last year and now look at her..
