The Adders travelled to Hornsea yesterday 🐍⚽️

Facing a big pitch, tough conditions, and with only one substitute, the team showed real determination throughout 💪

We started strongly, with some excellent teamwork on display. Every single Adder gave 100% effort, working hard from the first whistle to the last, fantastic to see. Well done, everyone 👏

Coaches Player of the Match goes to Josh, who stepped up in multiple positions, worked tirelessly in both defence and attack, and capped it off with a well earned goal ⚽️

Parents’ Player of the Match goes to James – an absolute workhorse. He showed great skill, defended fiercely, and supported the team brilliantly going forward 🔥

With a free week off from the league, the Adders took on Springhead in a friendly.

A strong start saw some great passing play, although we lost our rhythm slightly midway through. The team quickly regrouped, creating some fantastic attacking chances, while the defensive effort throughout was outstanding.

Tuesday Night Futsal ⚽️

A fantastic session from all of the Adders, who worked incredibly hard throughout 👏 There was some great futsal on display, along with plenty of smiles all around 😊

⚽ Our First Game at Bude Park! ⚽

Today we welcomed Gilberdyke Phoenix’s to Bude Park for a very end to end game.

The Adders started a little slow and struggled to find their rhythm, but they kept working hard and soon produced some amazing football. Every player gave 100% effort, with some excellent link up play and great teamwork in both defence and attack.

🏅 Coach’s Player: Allen – who is gaining confidence week by week, working hard in defence and finding some great passes to help the team on the attack.

The team played some really beautiful futsal this week sharp passing, fast attacking play, and fierce defending throughout. It was a brilliant all round performance!

Match report ⚽

The Adders have kicked off Phase 2!

We travelled to Market Weighton this Sunday and put in a great team performance. With limited subs and one player feeling unwell, the squad showed real grit and battled on throughout the game.

There were some fantastic, determined plays on display, along with some outstanding goalkeeping that kept the Adders firmly in the game when it mattered most. Although we had a few lapses in concentration, these are things we’ll continue to work on together as we move forward.

Last league game of the year and what a performance! Everyone gave their all, and it showed. Some brilliant team play combined with standout individual performances. We pressed high and reaped the rewards, and our defense was rock solid all match.

Massive credit to both our keepers, clean sheets for both of them AND they both took turns playing outfield, each bagging goals! 🙌👏
