Tigers Roar!!
Unbelievable game today as our Tigers welcomed Tickton Ravens to Pride park. In what was an end to end game, it amazingly only had 1 goal. This goal went to the Tigers as Isla turned in the box and despatched the decisive goal into the corner following a brilliant through ball from Daisy.
We've used the word progress all season and against Tickton we have seen our results improve with each game
Today was finally a day we got the upper hand against our strong opponents. The progress these girls are making is incredible to watch.
Our girls showed incredible work rate to win the ball back almost instantly after turning over possession. Every one of them worked hard for each other and deserved all the applause they got afterwards.
Our Hull Conservatories awards:
π Parents Player: Violet
Super Vi goes from strength to strength. She is the rock at the back and is electric when she gets forward. He speed helps her cover any loose ball and she's definitely a throwback to a good old fashioned, no nonsense centre back.
π Coaches Player: Ava
Ava is fast earning the nickname of 'The Cat'
She made save after save today to keep yet another clean sheet. She gives the girls in front of her so much confidence. No matter what Tickton threw at her, she saved it. Outstanding one again.

We enjoy today and then reset ready for Tuesday. As coaches, we are immensely proud of the girls and their performances week in week out.
Thanks as always to our parents. It was brilliant seeing our girls go over to them after the game to thank them for their incredible support.

NEW KIT!
This week our girls finally received their new Away/Training kits.
We'd like to firstly thank Sport England for helping to get these kits organised. Once again showing their support for girls football and we proudly carry their name on the front of our shirts.
On the rear of our shirts we would like to give a huge thank you to our local sponsors - Omega Motor Company & Pirtek UK and Ireland's Hull and Doncaster depots. We appreciate your fantastic support of grassroots football and love seeing your names on the back of our shirts. Local sponsors are crucial to grassroots clubs to enable us to continue providing sessions and creating safe and encouraging environments for kids of all ages.
We can't wait to see the girls at training and on matchday wearing these kits and proudly showing off our sponsors.

Another outstanding performance from the Tigers girls this morning as the faced group 1 side Elloughton.
The girls were at it from the start and more than matched their higher league opponents. Fast in attack and quick to press when out of possession. The girls hard work and desire to win the ball shone though. Lexi was back on the score sheet after opening her account last week and Daisy got her first Tigers goal with a thunderbolt from outside the area.
Our Hull Conservatories awards:
π Coaches Player: Iris
Over the past couple of months Iris has really impressed us at training with her effort and her listening skills. She put that into todayβs match with probably her best performance of the season. She never gave their defenders a moment's peace putting into action our six second rule which helped keep Elloughton penned in.
π Parents Player: Daisy
She scored an absolute thunderbolt to open her Tigers account and her all round play today was superb - tackles, passing and shooting! Daisy is becoming a real leader in the middle of the park and she is a player the girls look up to.
Another fantastic morning of football and once again highlighting the progress of the team.

MATCHDAY PREVIEW:
The Tiger are back in action this weekend as they take on Elloughton Blackburn Ladies FC in a friendly.
Our girls go into this game on the back of a brilliant run of form and will once again be bringing the intensity from the start.
Elloughton will provide tough opposition as they are currently in Group 1 and are a brilliant footballing side. This will be a good measure for the Tigers following on from our games against them in Phase 1. Our girls have come along way since those games and will look to show how much they have developed both as individuals and as a team.
As always, they'll be backed by our brilliant parent group who will encourage them all the way.

Another fantastic game for the girls. The progress made since Christmas has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks to AFC Preston Ladies and Girls for today's game.
Every time we challenge the girls, they always step up. This week's challenge was to recover the ball straight away when out of possession.
All the players did exactly as they were asked and took Tuesday's session into today's game.
We saw some outstanding link up play throughout the team as well as everyone defending as a unit. Ava in goal making some brilliant saves.
The highlight of the game was seeing Preston win possession to attack and our girls all chasing back determined to recover the ball.
Well done to Lexi & Violet on getting their first goals for Priory. A deserved reward for all their hard work this season.
π Coaches Player: Harper
Once again solid at the back. She has one aim when the ball comes through and that is to get it away. An old fashioned CB in her style and uses her strength to make sure she comes out on top of every dual. Also once again stepped in for Ava in goal when she picked up an injury.
π Parents Player: Violet
We are running out of ways to describe Violet's performances. We call her Super Vi and she was yet again with an all round brilliant performance. Her super speed and her ability to read the game so well at this level really makes her stand out. Got herself a well deserved goal up front and didn't put a foot wrong at the back.
π Captain: Ava
The girls really enjoy having her in goal as she gives the entire team a real confidence boost. Never takes a backwards step and inspires the team with her brilliant saves.
