Today marks a new chapter in the history of Hull Sporting Club.

Following our initial investment in June 2025, Banyan Holding has finalized an agreement with Richard Smales to acquire the remaining 50% stake in the club, becoming the sole owner of Hull Sporting Club.

We would like to thank Richard for his vision, commitment, and the foundations he has built. His work helped establish the platform from which the club will continue to grow.
