Update on callums progress,
I think these pictures speak a thousand words first picture callums first day of the reset project, second picture taken today.
What can I see, vast confidence improvement, muscle mass improved, built and worked on his form in the gym as well as taught him about training on his own and what pace to work at.
I am incredibly proud of his dedication he's really grown a hunger for the gym and we can all see the transformation here. Myself and callum talk openly about ours struggles and mental health. We use the session as an open platform to talk and train.

THE RESET PROJECT 💪🔥
Working hard with my partner Sarah who has already achieved an incredible 6 stone weight loss.
Right now we’re focused on strength training and conditioning, building lean muscle, increasing fitness levels, and pushing towards her next set of goals. As you can see we often work out together to keep consistent around work.
She’s following a structured nutrition plan, prioritising her daily protein targets and staying consistent with the fundamentals that actually drive results.
Sarah has just started her 12 Week Transformation Programme — with a fully structured training regime designed around progressive overload, accountability, and measurable progress.
This isn’t a quick fix.
This is discipline.
This is structure.
This is THE RESET.
I honestly cannot wait to show you her before & after results… she’s only just getting started 🚀

Running The Reset Project isn’t just something I coach… it’s something I live. 💪🏼
Whilst helping others on their journey, I’m always on my own too — staying consistent in the gym, showing up on the days I feel motivated and the days I don’t. Because that’s what it’s really about… discipline, structure, and growth.

Tonight, after our session, I looked at our end-of-session photos — one of me, one of my client — and I called Callum straight away 📞
Pure happiness.
Proper emotion. 🥹
Look at Callum’s first day in the gym in the first photo 📸
I remember that day clearly.
His body language told the whole story: 😟

Over the next 6 weeks, Callum will be training with us twice per week, taking part in accountability challenges, and tracking his progress every step of the way. During sign-up we talked through his goals, mental health, and lifestyle, and captured his starting photos to mark the beginning of his journey.

Meet Saul 💥 One of our newest January sign-ups at The Reset Project.
We’ve had many conversations with Saul about his goals both mental and physical and today he showed up early, ready to put the work in and start his journey. That alone deserves recognition. We’re incredibly proud of his dedication from day one.
Walking through gym doors can be tougher than most people realise, especially as a new starter. That’s why creating a welcoming, supportive environment and building confidence is everything to us.

We cant wait to get started; An incredible business man who is open about his autism and his struggles with mental health and we're here to be open as men to talk about our struggles whilst training together and improving our mental wellbeing, the rest project is more than just personal training its a judgement free session to be able to open up and be honest about your struggles its a project to improve mood and give a space to breathe and to feel supported more importantly to know no ones alone in their battles.
