Mark is in Women’s Running Magazine!
The lovely Helen Helen Thorn has become a running legend and came in to see us for some “assessment”(not testing) to learn more. She admits she’s a total running nerd now and loved all the info Mark could share from her Inbody and VO2 assessment..

Helen is the loveliest human and we’re going to get her back in again soon for some strength testing and to hang upside down 🙃 with the gravity cuffs on!

Go get your October copy of women’s running magazine now!
Or drop into the gym as we have a copy you can read here!you can book your assessment while you’re in!😉🤓
